Article 1: General Provisions
The e-commerce website (www.sumoring.com) of Sumoring BV, a company with registered office at Berkenlaan 53, 1840 Londerzeel, VAT BE01009422877, (hereinafter ‘Sumoring’) offers its customers the possibility to purchase products from the web store online.
These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to every order placed by a visitor of this e-commerce website (“Customer”). By placing an order through the Sumoring web store, the Customer explicitly accepts these Terms, agreeing to the applicability of these Terms, to the exclusion of all other conditions.

Article 2: Price
All prices listed are in EURO, including VAT, excluding shipping costs and all other taxes or duties that the Customer is required to bear.
Delivery costs are additionally charged at 4.95 euros or 6.95 euros depending the country. For a total purchase amount of 74.85 euros or more, Sumoring will cover the shipping costs, making them 0 euros for the customer.
All prices on the website are subject to printing or typographical errors. The seller reserves the right to cancel incorrectly priced items.

Article 3: Shipping
Items are shipped via Bpost. The order is dispatched within 1 business day after receipt of payment. A track and trace will be sent to the email address provided by the customer. Items cannot be picked up.

Article 3.1: Shipping Costs:
– Buy 3 or more Sumorings and shipping is free (0 euros)
– For 1 or 2 Sumorings:
Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, and Germany = 4.95 euros
Austria, Monaco, Italy, Spain, Portugal = 6.95 euros
Ordering from another country? Please contact us to receive the exact shipping costs of your parcel at sales@sumoring.com.
Additional shipping and customs costs may be charged when ordering outside of Europe.

Article 4: Online Purchases
A purchase is completed once the checkout and payment on the website have been finished.
The Customer can choose between the following payment methods:
– Credit & Debit card
– Digital payments: Paypal & Apple

Article 5: Delivery and Execution of the Agreement
Items ordered through this web store are delivered to a couple of countries in Europe.
Delivery is handled by Bpost or other partners if outside Belgium. After receipt of the customer’s payment, the order is dispatched within the business day.
Delivery then lies in the hands of the shipping partners, who strive to deliver as quickly as possible. In Belgium, we aim for next business day delivery. Abroad, this can be delivered within 72 hours after dispatch.
Any visible damage to an item or other deficiency in delivery must be immediately reported by the Customer via return@sumoring.com with photos and explanations.
The risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer once they (or a third party designated by them, not the carrier) have physically taken possession of the goods.
If the customer instructs Sumoring to deliver one or more items, a legally binding agreement (distance selling) is established. The agreement is formed when the order confirmation is sent. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges agreement with these general terms and conditions.

Article 6: Retention of Title
The delivered items remain the exclusive property of Sumoring until full payment has been made by the Customer.

Article 7: Right of Withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 calendar days.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform Sumoring via return@sumoring.com through an unequivocal statement of their decision to withdraw from the agreement.
If the purchased product is damaged, the customer must contact return@sumoring.com before wearing the product. Upon contact, the Customer should send a photo of the damage via email. Sumoring will contact the Customer to initiate the return procedure.
To comply with the withdrawal period, the Customer must send their communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

The Customer must return the goods promptly, and in any case no later than 14 calendar days from the day they informed Sumoring of their decision to withdraw, to Sumoring’s logistics partner: Shopwedo, Egide Walschaertsstraat 22C, 2800 Mechelen, Belgium.
If the Customer withdraws from the agreement, Sumoring will reimburse all payments received from the Customer up to that point, within a maximum of 14 calendar days after being informed of the Customer’s decision to withdraw and after receiving the goods back.
Sumoring will refund the Customer using the same payment method as the Customer used for the initial transaction unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, no fees will be charged for such reimbursement. The Customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the goods.

Article 8: Privacy
Sumoring respects the protection of privacy in the processing of personal data.
The personal data you provide will only be used to send you a newsletter from Sumoring, your data will not be shared with third parties.

Article 9: Cookies
During a visit to the site, ‘cookies’ may be placed on the hard drive of your computer. A cookie is a text file that is placed by the server of a website in the browser of your computer or on your mobile device when you consult a website. Cookies cannot be used to identify individuals, a cookie can only identify a machine.
