HOW TO USE A SUMORING?
Simply put the Sumoring inside your freezer, fridge, in ice-cold water, or near your air conditioning, and it will start to crystallize. When it’s hard, you can put it around your neck. This will be after half an hour or more. At the beginning, after activating a Sumoring, it will feel very cold, but not icy cold—don’t worry.
After a couple of minutes, the ring will absorb your body heat and release cold for up to 90 minutes, giving you a comfortable cooling sensation. Even when it’s melting inside the ring, it will still calm down your body heat. There will be no dripping or condensation when melting or wearing the Sumoring.
Once the cooling effect is over, you can reactivate the Sumoring again by placing it in your fridge, freezer, in cold water, or near your air-conditioner.
You can do this as many times as you want since the Sumoring is reusable.
A Sumoring can be used for years. It depends on how often you reactivate it, but you’re set for years of personal cooling. We bet, though, that you’ll want another one soon in a different color or to switch things up.
We would love you to have a good night’s rest. On a hot summer night you don’t want a noisy air conditioning next to your bed. Or maybe you’re having hot flashes at night and your partner or child doesn’t need to cool down at night like you do.
Sumoring is safe to wear at night and will cool you down personally without disturbing anyone.
Don’t worry there is NO condensation when using a Sumoring.
When the ring comes out of the freezer you might want to wipe it with a cloth, this will prevent the ice from your freezer to stick on your Sumoring. Except if you want to go for that wake me up cool sensation off course 😉
However the liquid is not hazardous or toxic we recommend not to swallow it. When in contact with your eyes, rinse your eyes and consult your doctor.
Check with your local waste management agency. They may have specific guidelines or disposal programs in place for this cooling item.

THE NECK COOLER SUMORING
Hey, that’s okay! The PCM liquid inside the Sumoring freezes faster than water, so it’s absolutely a normal, natural phenomenon.
That’s because you didn’t lay it flat in your fridge or freezer when activating it. Don’t worry, it will forgive you when you reactivate it and lay it flat.
Yes, we did too when we first tried it in Japan, but this is even better. A freezing cold ring could give you frostbite. The Sumoring will never harm your skin and will let you comfortably cool down. Even when you don’t feel it’s icy cold, it’s still cool enough and will continue to give you that refreshing sensation.
We created 2 sizes: Mini and Regular
Both sizes are comfortable to wear for everyone.
For optimal cooling sensation a Sumoring should touch your skin and embrace your neck.
Mini is perfect for children but also for adults.
The Regular Sumoring is a bit looser and is mostly designed for adults.
For example:
Sara is 40 years,1M65, 58kg and she wears a mini.
John is 25 years, 1M92, 86kg and he wears a regular.
If your neck is between 25cm – 33cm diameter a “mini size” is recommended.
If your neck is between 33cm – 44cm diameter a “regular size” is recommended.
The measurements of the rings itself are:
Mini: internal 9cm outer 13cm
Regular: internal 10,5cm outer 15cm
