Place the ring in the refrigerator, freezer, under cold water or near your air-conditioner.
Once hardened, place the Sumoring around your neck and enjoy a refreshing feeling for up to 90 minutes.
The ring is reusable.
The Sumoring contains PCM, a product that crystallizes below 18°C and can be reactivated over and over again.

Choosing your size

Both Mini and Regular are comfortable to wear for all ages.

For the best cooling effect, your Sumoring should sit comfortably against your skin rather than hang loosely around your neck.

Mini
Fits a neck circumference of approximately 25–33 cm.
Suitable for children, teenagers, most women up to size EU 38/40 and adults with a slimmer neck.

Regular
Fits a neck circumference of approximately 33–44 cm.
Ideal for adults with a broader neck or those who prefer a looser fit.

Examples
• Sara is 40 years old, 1.65 m tall and weighs 58 kg. She wears a Mini.
• Pablo is 25 years old, 1.92 m tall and weighs 86 kg. He wears a Regular.

Good to know: Many women and adults with a slimmer neck choose the Mini size. It is not a children’s size, but simply a more fitted option for optimal cooling.
