HOW TO USE A SUMORING?
Simply put the Sumoring inside your freezer or fridge and it will start to crystallize.
When it’s hard, you can put it around your neck. This will be after 40-60 minutes. At the beginning, after activating a Sumoring, it will feel very cold, but not icy cold, don’t worry.
After a couple of minutes, the ring will absorb your body heat and release cold for up to 90 minutes, giving you a comfortable cooling sensation.
Once the cooling effect is over, you can reactivate the Sumoring again by placing it in your fridge, freezer, in cold water, or near your air-conditioner.
Your Sumoring is designed to keep you cool summer after summer. With a few simple care tips, you can help maximize its lifespan and performance.
Your Sumoring can be recharged in both the refrigerator and the freezer.
For everyday use, a refrigerator is usually sufficient as the PCM inside activates below 18°C.
If you choose to use a freezer:
- Avoid direct contact with the frozen walls of the freezer.
- Avoid placing your Sumoring on ice or frosted surfaces.
- Make sure your Sumoring is dry before placing it in the freezer.
- We recommend using a freezer set no colder than -18°C.
Do not leave your Sumoring:
- In direct sunlight for extended periods.
- On a car dashboard or in a parked car on hot days.
We would love you to have a good night’s rest. On a hot summer night you don’t want a noisy air conditioning next to your bed. Or maybe you’re having hot flashes at night. Or your partner or child doesn’t need to cool down at night like you do.
Sumoring is safe to wear at night and will cool you down personally without disturbing anyone.
However the liquid is not hazardous or toxic we recommend not to swallow it. When in contact with your eyes, rinse your eyes and consult your doctor.
Yes. Sumoring is safe to travel with and can be packed in both your hand luggage and checked baggage. It contains a non-toxic cooling material, does not require batteries or electricity, and contains less than 100 ml of liquid.

THE NECK COOLER SUMORING
We created 2 sizes: Mini and Regular
Both sizes are comfortable to wear for everyone.
For optimal cooling sensation a Sumoring should touch your skin and embrace your neck.
Mini is perfect for children , teenagers but also for adults up to size EU 38/40.
The Regular Sumoring is a bit looser .
For example:
Sara is 40 years,1M65, 62kg and she wears a mini.
John is 25 years, 1M92, 86kg and he wears a regular.
Yes, we did too when we first tried it in Japan, but this is even better. A freezing cold ring could give you frostbite. The Sumoring will never harm your skin and will let you comfortably cool down. Even when you don’t feel it’s icy cold, it’s still cool enough and will continue to give you that refreshing sensation.
Hey, that’s okay! The PCM liquid inside the Sumoring freezes faster than water, so it’s absolutely a normal, natural phenomenon.
That’s because you didn’t lay it flat in your fridge or freezer when activating it. Don’t worry, it will forgive you when you reactivate it and lay it flat.
